Situation
Existing freestanding building located on 1st Street SW across form Hotel Arts. Following the Landlord’s acquisition of the property it became apparent that the current restaurant tenant was not going to be able to continue on in the premises.
Result
JR Mercantile was awarded the listing and went to market with a specifically targeted marketing program to relet the 7,442 square foot space and in turn generated multiple competitive offers within a short period of time. Ultimately Home & Away was chosen who then relocated from their 17th Avenue location.
