Situation
After meeting Nick Yee, one of the owners of Holy Grill, JR Mercantile was engaged to assist with their expansion plans and eventually their first location into Calgary’s downtown.
Result
Secured a location and negotiated favorable lease terms for their first location on the plus 15 at 444-5th Avenue SW followed by a second location at Bow Valley Square. Having confidence in our abilities we were engaged to source and secure a location in the suburbs. Their fourth location is scheduled to open later this fall in Silverado and their first with a drive-thru.
