Situation
35 storey, 274 residential unit high-rise situated in Calgary’s Beltline. We were approached by the developer based on a recommendation, to assist with completion of a leasing assignment halfway through a leasing program by another brokerage suffering from listing fatigue.
Result
Completed the leasing of four remaining retails bays with tenants such as Canada Post, Massage Addict, Wakado Ramen and a hair salon.
Status update: we were called upon again by the developer to backfill one of the units leased by the previous listing broker where the business had failed. Space was relet quickly during the uncertainty of the COVID outbreak.
