Situation
A 15,263 square foot tenant unexpectantly went out of business closing all of their locations. JR Mercantile was mandated to source and secure a strong covenanted tenant to replace the vacancy.
Result
JR Mercantile sourced and negotiated a new long-term lease with Fabricland, who despite opening during COVID opened strong and has developed into a tremendous generator of shoppers for the property.
