With over 17 years within the Real Estate and Franchising Industry Steve has had tremendous success in identifying Real Estate opportunities for his clients which have been enhanced through the close relationships with Landlords, Developers and Brokers that he has cultivated over an expansive career. The exception with Steve, as compared with other Tenant Brokers, is that he has successfully developed brands of which he has been an owner of. The same guiding principles that allowed him to flourish as an entrepreneur bring a welcomed and refreshing point of view with the representation of his clients as he truly understands the challenges in building a brand.

In addition to Real Estate, Steve has tremendous experience with Franchise Sales, Construction, Disclosure Laws, Franchise Development and Marketing. To compliment the related Real Estate industry skill set, Steve has a Degree in Business Administration – Finance.
Outside of the business world, you will find Steve enjoying time with his family playing soccer, golf and skiing. During the summer months, the family spends as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors in the Columbia Valley of British Columbia.
